Welcome to Asfora, an astrology and horoscope app developed by Natvas Studio. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

• Firebase User ID
• Google Sign-In ID (if used)
• Email address (if account created with email)

b. Astrological Calculation Data

• Current date and time
• Device time zone

This information is necessary to generate horoscopes aligned with the correct planetary positions.

c. Optional Profile Data (only if the user chooses to personalize predictions)

• Full name (user and optionally their partner)
• Date of birth
• Place of birth

d. Device Information

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• Anonymous identifiers (e.g., Firebase Instance ID)

e. Usage Data

• Horoscope views and preferences
• Subscription and in-app purchase history
• Crash reports and diagnostics

f. Advertising Data (EEA/UK/CH)

• Ad interaction and impression data (non-personalized or personalized depending on user consent)

2. How We Use Your Data

• Generate accurate daily horoscopes based on astrological data, time, date, and your profile
• Enable login, subscriptions, and account recovery
• Improve app functionality and performance
• Send optional notifications (e.g., new horoscopes, updates)
• Serve ads (personalized or non-personalized based on consent)

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties. All data is processed securely using trusted cloud services.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication (Google) – to manage secure user login and identity
• Firebase Firestore – to store optional personalized user data
• Firebase Analytics – to track app usage and performance
• Google AdMob – to show ads based on user consent
• Google Play Billing – to process subscriptions and purchases

These services have their own privacy policies and may collect limited technical data necessary for their functions.

4. Consent Management (GDPR – EEA, UK, Switzerland)

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland will be prompted to give consent at first launch.

• Use of Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage preferences

5. Data Security

We use encrypted (HTTPS) communication and Firebase’s secure infrastructure to protect your data. Access to personal data is restricted and handled securely.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion:

Include:

• Your email used to sign in or your Firebase ID (if known)
• A clear statement requesting permanent deletion

We will delete:

• All profile data (name, birth info, partner info)
• Firebase Auth ID and account
• Any preferences and usage history

Retention: Your data will be deleted within 30 days. This action is irreversible.

7. Subscriptions & Purchases

All purchases and subscriptions are handled securely through Google Play. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

If you cancel a subscription, access to premium content will remain available until the end of the billing cycle.
