Asfora is published on Google Play under the developer name Natvas Studio. For the purposes of these Terms and Privacy Policy, references to “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to the individual developer who publishes Asfora under this name.

1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Asfora.
• Sign-in is available only through Google Sign-In. No password-based accounts are supported.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account login.

2. Purpose of the App

Asfora is your personal astrology companion, designed for reflection, guidance, and cosmic clarity. The app combines real astrological data with beautifully written insights, offering a unique blend of tradition and modern design.

• Read your daily zodiac horoscope and plan the week ahead.
• Explore your Sky Map with planetary positions, aspects, and moon phases.
• Discover your Lifescope, with guidance across 8 life areas such as love, career, wellness, and communication.
• Unlock your personalized natal chart, with detailed interpretations of your planets, houses, and aspects (downloadable as a PDF).
• Upgrade to Premium to receive a daily personalized guide including horoscopes, focus points, action steps, and affirmations.

Asfora is designed to inspire, guide, and help you align with the rhythm of the universe through a mindful daily practice.

3. Disclaimer

All astrology content provided in Asfora is for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. We make no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content. The developer of Asfora (publishing under the name Natvas Studio) is not liable for any loss, harm, or damages arising from the use of this app or reliance on its content.

4. User Responsibilities

• Not use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the app’s content.
• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we provide prior written consent.
• Not submit sensitive personal information (such as medical, legal, financial, or emergency-related data) through automated features such as the astrological chatbot.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

• All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
• We do not collect or store your credit card, banking, or payment account details.
• We may store limited purchase metadata (transaction IDs, purchase tokens, subscription status, and purchase dates) for validating subscriptions, enabling access, and providing support.
• If you cancel a subscription, premium features remain available until the end of the billing cycle.

• Google account email (used for login and support)
• Google User ID (via Firebase Authentication)

b. Astrological Input Data (optional, if you choose to personalize content)

• First name
• Date, time, and place of birth
• Personal goals (if you choose to set them)

c. App & Device Data

• Device type, operating system version, language, time zone
• Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics)
• Usage data (via Firebase Analytics)

d. Advertising Data

• AdMob identifiers and impressions
• In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, only non-personalized ads are shown

e. Purchases & Subscriptions

• Subscription status and purchase metadata

7. How We Use Your Data

• Generate astrology content tailored to your birth data and goals.
• Authenticate your account and manage subscriptions.
• Improve app stability and performance.
• Show ads (personalized outside EEA/UK/Switzerland; non-personalized inside).
• Contact you at your registered Google account email regarding important account issues, subscriptions, or purchases.

8. Astrological Chatbot & Automated Features

Asfora includes an optional astrological chatbot that generates automated responses as part of the app’s features. To generate responses, the chatbot may use limited profile and astrological information provided within the app, such as:

• First name (used for personalization only)
• Zodiac sign (derived from user-provided birth data or user selection)
• Derived natal chart outputs (e.g., planetary positions, aspects, houses)
• General astrological transit data (daily, monthly, or yearly)
• Timezone information required for astrological calculations

Raw birth details (including exact birth date, birth time, or birth location) are not transmitted as part of chatbot processing.

Users may enter free-text questions at their own discretion. We do not request sensitive personal information and encourage users not to share sensitive or confidential data (such as medical, legal, or financial information) through chatbot interactions.

Chatbot inputs are processed for the purpose of generating responses and are not used by Asfora to train artificial intelligence models.

9. Data Processing & Sharing

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate Asfora and deliver its features:

• Firebase (Google) – authentication, database storage, analytics, crash reporting
• Google AdMob – display of ads and measurement of ad performance
• AWS (Amazon Web Services) – secure cloud processing of astrology calculations

These providers may process certain data to provide their services to us (for example, to authenticate users, store data, prevent fraud and abuse, measure performance, and maintain security). Their processing may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We do not sell your personal information and we do not rent your data.

10. Data Security

• All communication is encrypted via HTTPS.
• Data is stored in secure cloud services with restricted access.
• While we use industry-standard safeguards, no system is 100% secure. You use the app at your own risk.

11. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing natvas.studio@gmail.com with the subject “Delete My Asfora Account.”

Please include the Google email you used to sign in. We will delete:

• Profile and astrological data
• Firebase account information
• Usage and subscription records stored in our systems

Deletion is completed within 30 days and is irreversible.
Note: Limited purchase metadata may be retained if required by law (e.g., for tax or accounting compliance).

12. Children’s Privacy

Asfora is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 18 (or the minimum age of digital consent in their country). If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at natvas.studio@gmail.com, and we will delete it promptly.

13. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent (where applicable)
